Water Fall Action Park was a small amusement park in Rodanthe North Carolina that operated from the 1980s until 2011. It had a small racetrack, a putt putt course, water slides and other attractions. These photos are from a visit in 2015. As far as I know the park is still abandoned. The park straddles highway 12 and there are no meaningful barriers to access. There isn't much to see but it's an interesting place to stop if you're on the outer banks. Rodanthe in general has been damaged by several hurricanes in the last 10 years and is making a slow recovery.
